[ClusterLabs] ocf:heartbeat:pgsql not starting

Hi,

I figured out that I can pass arguments '-o name=value' to ocf-tester
and have better results. I didn't quite get this syntax working but
I have set environment variables to pass in all parameters and am
making slow progress running "ocf-tester pgsql".

I'll respond again with the latest details.
