Hi Vladislav,

Apologies for the late response to this, but I've finally gotten to
looking at this. Actually, I have already fixed this in crmsh 2.1+, at
least in my tests I have no problems using values with ' in them. In
fact, is_value_sane was not called by anyone, so I have removed it now.
