[ClusterLabs] creating a resource on a specific node

hi.

when I add a resource I want to make sure that this resource runs on the
node on which I had and I don't want pacemaker to achieve load balancing.
how is this possible?  is there any command while adding a resource to a
node to make it run only on a particular node?
