[ClusterLabs] Trigger an action before a resource is moved to a cluster node

Hello all,
there is a possibility to trigger an OS action  before a resource is moved
to a cluster node?

for example to touch a file (touch /dev/shm/test) before Webservice_P22
resource group is moved to node  node02hb0 (manually move or due to a
failure move)

Full list of resources:
 Resource Group: Webservice_P22
     pkgP22b0   (ocf::heartbeat:IPaddr):        Started node01hb0
