Default values for various properties are available in the
metadata of subsystems:

crm ra info pengine
crm ra info crmd
crm ra info stonithd
crm ra info cib

crm doesn't do anything special, just invokes the corresponding
program, e.g.:

/usr/lib64/pacemaker/crmd metadata
