[ClusterLabs] Q: (crm shell) unmanage <rsc> vs. maintenance <rsc>

Hi!

I put a resource into maintenance mode using "crm resource maintenance <rsc>". After a while I tried to undo it by trying "crm resource manage <rsc>", but that did not have any effect; I had to use "crm resource maintenance <rsc> off".
So may I ask what is the difference between both variants?
