I guess you should find some messages from lrm about migration, but I found that crmd only is writing some migration messages (in addition to some RAs) like these (pacemaker-1.1.11):

crmd[6446]:   notice: te_rsc_command: Initiating action 108: migrate_to prm_xen_v09_migrate_to_0 on h01 (local)
crmd[6446]:   notice: process_lrm_event: LRM operation prm_xen_v09_migrate_to_0 (call=125, rc=0, cib-update=3180, confirmed=true) ok

You don't see similar?
