[ClusterLabs] setting up on ubuntu14.04 LTS

Two issues right off the bat;

* They don't configure stonith
* It looks like they're using out of date packages.

Not sure if this is the best tutorial to follow. Have you looked at
"Cluster from Scratch"? It's aimed at fedora/centos/rhel, but it
shouldn't matter beyond the OS install. (or maybe it does, I've not used
ubuntu in a while...)
