[Pacemaker] What is the cman package for ubuntu 13.10

Hi Kostya, Emmanuel,

I was informed that I needed to work with Ubuntu 12.04, and so I proceeded
with testing on that flavor, and I was able to install the required
packages namely cman, pacemaker and fence-agents, and then bring up a two
node cluster.

I however have other questions that arose when I tried setting up a three
node cluster, and I will post them in a separate thread for clarity.

Again, thanks a lot for the pointers!

Regards,
Vijay
