[Pacemaker] Load balancing with CLUSTERIP

Hi,

All work fine on node, but not in other PC.
Please see below the ping tests and configs.

[root at europanorte vs_files]# ping -c 3 10.10.2.97
PING 10.10.2.97 (10.10.2.97) 56(84) bytes of data.

64 bytes from 10.10.2.97: icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=1.19 ms
