Hi, Thanks for the quick reply,
Verified the steps and the /status works fine,
Strangely, the pcs status shows as stopped but the apache process is
running fine, and the dashboard (horizon) works.

Is there any bug with the ocf resource agent being used ?

Below are the logs.

 openstack_dashboard    (ocf::heartbeat:apache):        Stopped

Failed actions:
    openstack_dashboard_start_0 (node=cirrus, call=200, rc=1, status=Timed
Out): unknown error
    openstack_dashboard_start_0 (node=claudius1, call=144, rc=1,
status=Timed Out): unknown error
