[Pacemaker] Resource Stickiness

Hi Keith

It seems that you use LSB.

   primitive PostgreSQL lsb:postgresql-9.2

And you use it with Master/Slave.

  ms msPostresql PostgreSQL

Dose your LSB support Master/Slave configuration ?
I think  LSB can't support it.
