it gives the same

[root at node140 pacemaker-mgmt]# ./bootstrap
Autoconf package autoconf found.
Automake package automake-1.7 found.
Libtool package libtool found.
Running ./configure with no arguments.
If you wish to pass any arguments to ./configure please
       specify them on the ./bootstrap command line.
aclocal-1.7
aclocal: macro `AM_PROG_MKDIR_P' required but not defined
aclocal: macro `_LT_DECL_SED' required but not defined
aclocal: macro `_LT_FUNC_STRIPNAME_CNF' required but not defined

./bootstrap exiting due to error (sorry!).
