1.4.1 for sure. But it looks you are using 1.4.1-7 (EL 6.3.z), and I
must say no, there is no known bug like this.

Are you running pacemaker (if so plugin or cpg version)? OpenAIS
services loaded? Is it clean corosync or corosync executed via cman?
