[Pacemaker] Resource Stickiness

   Thank you for that. Since it was not my idea to configure it this way, are there possible issues with running it this way. I started going down the ocf:psql path, but ran into a couple of issues and was told to configure it this way.

No. you cannot run a LSB resource as a mster/slave resource. It runs on the left node OR on the right node.
