ok, i think i cannot help you then.
But you could try to manually set rsyslog to shutdown *after*
corosync/pacemaker and capture the logs and/or enable logging
into seperate files in /etc/corosync/corosync.conf,

something like:
 >         to_stderr: yes
 >         to_logfile: yes
 >         to_syslog: yes

for the exact configuration, you might need to read the manual.
