[Pacemaker] Can't issue 'crm configure' commands under privileged user

Thank you! No more hangs!

Although i leave the "crm options user hacluster" my normal linux user can issue 'crm configure primitive' commands now when they couldn't before.

When i go "crm options user colinlinux" AND try to issue 'crm configure primitive' commands it hangs on:
500      32708 32673  0 10:43 pts/10   00:00:00 /bin/sh -c sudo -E -u colinlinux >/dev/null 2>&1 lrmadmin -C

Either way i suppose i'm happy, thanks
