[Pacemaker] Problems with migration of kvm on primary/primary cluster

Hallo Andrew,

First of all thank you for the information!

Now i have a stupid question:

Why this configuration works only with a stonith device? 
For testing i have configure external/ssh as stonith device. 
The failover work and the Filesystem run on the online node, but the failover need about 20 seconds?
Is that normal?

If i switch back to stonith-enabled="false" the filesystem hang at the failover again?
