[Pacemaker] adding a third node for quorum without running resource?

As this issue raised some emotions again on the IRC channel, I gave it
an other try but the behaviour is the same. I attached the log of one of
the working nodes.

I hope the linbit drbd guys can fix this issue?

the ebony node can and will not run any drbd resources it should
function as quorum node only.

# cat /etc/corosync/corosync.conf

# tail --lines=3000 /var/log/syslog > log.txt
# search on rc=6
