[Pacemaker] Config Sanity Check - Postgres, OCFS2 etc

Thanks Serge, I have changed the resource agents as you have suggested and
everything appears to be working fine ... example below from a 'crm
configure show'. Still looking for advice on the other items .... anyone ?
