[Pacemaker] subnetmask for virtual cluster ip / ipaddr2

Dear list,

the default subnet mask for an virtual ip (we use the IpAddr2 resource)
seems to be /32. In our setups we use those virtual ip addresses on
active/passive two node cluster setups. I have been asked if that should
not be /24 and why, which I wasn't really sure about.

I just assume that's right and /32 is fine because it only needs to get
masked locally for this single IP. So I'd like to doublecheck; do you
think this is correct and why (not)?

Thanks in advance,
Felix
