I didn't find it too.
The only way to move ms resource I found is to move some other ordinary
resource which is collocated with that ms (drbd) resource.
But it remains unclear, how to move ms resource which doesn't have
ordinary resources collocated with it (f.e. only other ms resources - a
bit hypothetical case, but it probably could exist...).
