[Pacemaker] IP address does not failover on a new test cluster

Hiii all,

I guess it is necessary to "ignore" the no-quorum-policy. Because if quorum
is enabled the pacemaker will run resources iff more than half of the nodes
are available... In a two node cluster it is pointless!!!!!

I have specified to run " crm configure property no-quorum-policy=ignore "
in my early post..

But I dont know it is not in the mail!!!! sorry though!!!!
