[Pacemaker] Each node creates its own cluster

Hey Andrew,

yesterday evening we found our mistake. We choose the Multicast address 226.94.1.1
We changed the mcastaddr to 226.0.0.1 and now the three Nodes are in one Cluster. 
We disabled the Firewall earlier.

Its almost always a firewall issue.
Is iptables running?
