[Pacemaker] External stonith plugins

Hi,

I'm just getting started with using pacemaker and have read the following:

Where are these external plugins? I've cloned the hg repository and also
downloaded the tip.tar.bz2 file, but have not been able to find them. Is
there a different repository/download which contains these external plugins?
