This is completely new to me, i.e. I'm not aware of any problems
with python 2.4. And it really looks like a bug in minidom. I
mean, if it's a compatibility problem, really can't pinpoint it.
The minidom interface hasn't changed and getAttribute is not
exactly new. So, please file a bugzilla and we'll try to figure
out where's the problem.
