[Pacemaker] [BUG] crm_mon different output

Hi,

I notice a small issue when using crm_mon. Indeed the following command 
don't output the same information about the inactives resources :
  * "crm_mon -r -n -1"
  * "crm_mon -r -n -h /tmp/tom.html"
