[Pacemaker] Opensuse 11.3

Hello Andrew,
I've created the repodata files after downloaded all distro files from 
opensuse website
Opensuse forum don't know when it will be available online, but invite 
you to upload on openSUSE Build Service

Please let me know where I can upload the tar.gz for you.

I hope this is what you need to build the last version.
