Sounds like is-managed-default=false is what you want

I have 2 nodes setup and they are working fine. One is going to be move to a different location and will connect to the 1st node via a radio link between the 2 buildings. Is it possible to change failover to only happen manually, this is to ensure that if the radio link goes down the 2nd node doesn’t think that node 1 is down and bring up the resources.
