[Pacemaker] Unable to commit from crm.

Never saw this. The '--noprofile' is a bash option. Looks like
some strange interaction between python and bash. If you set the
"user" option in crm, sudo is used to run all external programs.
Perhaps that is the culprit.

No, glue shouldn't have anything to do with this.
