it has to do with permissions .. crmd runs as 'hacluster' user and doesn't 
have access permisstion to entire path of /usr/var/run/heartbeat/lrm_cmd_sock

i changed the permission of entire path /usr/var/run/heartbeat/lrm_cmd_sock to 
777 and it works with that.

after building and install ..isn't it supposed to get required permissions by 
default?

i am confused did i miss any setup steps?

am not sure about the exact reason though
