[Pacemaker] removing a node from cluster

Thanks Andrew and Dejan ,
I could not find this info in  configuration explained pdf . it has steps
for heartbeat but not for openais.

I used crm node delete <mynode> . it worked , now wondering , how to add it
again to the cluster.  i stopped the openais service and start it again but
it didn't help me in adding the node to cluster.
