[Pacemaker] Debian lenny upgrade 1.0.4 -> 1.0.6

I noticed the same on centos switching from opensuse repo to clusterlabs 
repository. I don't use mgmt atm, so it doesn't bother me.
I wish i could help you, but have no idea.
