[ClusterLabs Developers] Resource agent writers: how to update your agents for OCF 1.1

Hi all,

An update to the OCF resource agent standard was adopted earlier this
year. If you're interested in updating your resource agents to support
it, there's a wiki page describing what needs to be done:

The OCF 1.1 standard is backward-compatible, so almost all changes are
optional. Also, there are no concerns about using updated agents with
older software that doesn't know about the new standard, with the
exception of agents that support promotable clones, which will need
minor changes to stay backward compatible.
