ClusterLabs is happy to announce resource-agents v4.6.1, which is a
bugfix release for v4.6.0.

The most significant enhancements in this release are:
- bugfixes and enhancements:
  - dummypy: add agent to Makefiles/configure and change from f-strings to make it
    compatible with Python < 3.6
