Hello all,

I've been meaning to provide a bit of documentation for libqb's "split
logging" feature for a while now. I finally got around to making a wiki
page:

Libqb has always allowed you to filter separate messages to one log or
another according to their severity etc. With split logging, you can now
filter a portion of a single log message.

For example, Pacemaker now uses this to send user-targeted information
to the system log, and additional debugging details to the detail log,
without having to log two separate messages.
