[ClusterLabs Developers] Fence-agents help, getting started

Hi everyone,
I want to get started working with and developing on fence-agents. However, I'm having a hard time finding documentation. Can you please point me to where I can find some good "getting-started" docs? Specific questions are:
1. Do I do my testing and development based off the master branch, or one of the RHEL branches?2. Are there any usage examples available anywhere?
