Thanks for the reply -

Yea I'm a bit new with regards to helping out with debian packaging, to
the HA components in question, and I'm never 100% sure about anything :)

I just happened to notice the missing symbol references and thought to
pass it along; sorry if it was unwarranted.

I'll keep watch for any updates or new information regarding the
matter :)
