<p class="MsoNormal">Any help would be much appreciated<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The logs only specify that oracle resource for testdbc is not running , but it does not even attempt to start samtest?<o:p></o:p></p>

and "samtest", because they are dependent upon successful startup of 'testdbc'.<br>
