[ClusterLabs] pcs authentication fails

Hi Clusterlabs mailing list,
I'm having issues running pcs authentication on RH cent os 7.0/7.1 (Please see log below).
It's important to mention that pcs authentication with RH cent os 7.2/7.4 and with the same setup and packages is working.
