[Pacemaker] Announce: SNMP agent for pacemaker on github

Hi,

I published the SNMP agent for pacemaker on github. The URL is:

Please feel free to download and test it. Feedback highly appreciated.

The SNMP agent for pacemaker enables *any* monitoring system (like OpenNMS, 
Zabbix or nagios or all the others) to monitor the cluster status via the 
standard internet management protocol.

In the next days I plan to publish additional documentation, like step-by-step 
instructions for the different monitoring systems on my blog www.sys4.de/blog/
