[Pacemaker] how do i remove a resource correct ?

hi,
what i do this moment:

#  installing
crm <<EOL
 configure primitive xxx
 configure order ..
 configure colocation ..
EOL

and

# removing
cibadmin --delete --xml-text '<primtive id="p_xxx">'
cibadmin --delete --xml-text '<rsc_order id="o_xxx">'

i.e. ocf:heartbeat:symlink
(after installing 'failed actions: .. not installed' on passive node)
when i remove the symlink-resource crm_mon tells about an orphaned child on
active node ?
