[Pacemaker] How does the pcmk call the RA?

 how does the pcmk call the resource agent script?
does the command look like :    <ra script name>   <action>  <instance name> <other argument>

for example,if I enter the command :start vm
pcmk will start the vm with command : VirtualDomain start vm ???????
