[Pacemaker] /var/lib/pengine folder consuming space over time

the cluster properties to limit them (more) are:

pe-error-series-max
pe-warn-series-max
pe-input-series-max

... newer Pacemaker has limits on warn (5000) and input (4000) pengine
files.
