[Pacemaker] crm_mon shows a resource started when the process is gone

Hi,

When mhm_ra process is not running, crm_mon -1 still shows it is started.
...
mhm_ra (ocf::heartbeat:anything):  Started vm-mgmt-2

Has anybody seen this issue before?
