Not specifically familiar with iDRAC 4 but I use ipmi with our iDRAC 6's:

primitive p_ipmi_servername stonith:external/ipmi \
        params hostname="servername" ipaddr="xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" userid="root" passwd="xxxxxxxx"
