No specific reason - I'm sure there are advantages for both of this ressource agents. I wanted to go with nfsserver which obviously lacks support for NFSv4.
My reasons were: I don't have to edit the crm if I want to add or remove other folders to export. And it's really fast now :)
Also, it seemed to be simpler - but that may just be my opinion. 

Just a question here: I could't get it to work without setting the gracetime - which isn't set in the exportfs RA. Are you sure this works as expected?
