[Pacemaker] Pacemaker on RHEL 4.8

Thanks Andrew, I downloaded and compiled libxml2 2.8.7-1. Resource editing
with crm now work, but I am still having problems with resource stopping.
Any idea-a why whole node exits and rejoins the cluster?
