[Pacemaker] Integrate OCFS2 stack in Pacemaker.

[Fausto Lombardi]

I have download the RA, insert in /usr/lib/ocf/resource.d/heartbeat and in
crm config, but in the log I see 'not installed (rc=5)'.
I don't have the ocfs2_controld installed.
Why?
Where can I find it?
