[Pacemaker] on crm shell templates

Hello,

Alan Sparks yesterday enquired about the crm shell templates.
That prompted me to take a look again, since the time at the time
:) was rather tight. So, the documentation has been significantly
extended and updated. See section 2.2 at

If Alan, or anybody else, takes a look and provide some critique
I'd appreciate.
